You clicked on a link and suddenly nothing happens. You land on a page that tells you that this page cannot be accessed in your idea management software or innovation management software. This may have happened:
- You have clicked on an outdated link. This will lead to a post that has been deleted by the author.
- The post has been changed. Therefore the link has also changed.
- The user has left the platform and posts have been deleted.
Sometimes it can happen that outdated links are displayed in the activity stream for a short time. This is due to the cache. The outdated link disappears after a short time or updates itself automatically.
The link from the error page takes you to the main page of your platform. Click on the link. If there is still an error page, the platform administrator has deleted the platform, i.e. it no longer exists.
