Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer


Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer heads the Marketing, Sales and Investor Relations divisions. He is a trained police inspector and worked in the narcotics investigation department of the LKA Hamburg. He later moved to the media sector. He was studio manager of Pro Sieben in Jerusalem and Washington as well as program manager at public and private radio stations. Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer completed an MBA at the Steinbeis University Berlin. During his doctorate at HHL Leipzig, he developed a management system to increase the innovative capacity of companies. Since 2006 he has advised more than 100 companies – including international corporations and leading medium-sized companies – on the implementation of innovative management systems.

Steffen Kügler, M.A.


Steffen Kügler is the technological architect of the Innolytics® software core and is responsible for the IT infrastructure and further development of the software. His areas of expertise are IT security, databases, data mining, statistics and cloud computing. He is the direct contact person for interfaces and individual adaptations. Steffen Kügler studied German language and literature and computer science at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and gained experience in the field of knowledge management and intelligent search methods from 2007 onwards. From 2011 Steffen Kügler developed in his company Zauberhand – Die Softwareschmiede GmbH for more than 50 small and medium-sized companies mainly software applications in the areas of enterprise management and healthtec. Since 2014 he is entrusted with the development of the Innolytics® software.

Dieter Althaus

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dieter Althaus is VP Governmental Affairs for Magna Europe and former Prime Minister of the German state of Thuringia. With his many years of expertise in legislative, executive, strategic management and industry experience in the automotive industry, he supports Innolytics AG in the development and implementation of its growth strategy. Dieter Althaus is a core shareholder of Innolytics AG.

Börge Grothmann

Growth Management

Börge Grothmann is responsible for growth and development of sales at Innolytics AG. He previously built up sales for Scout24, and was responsible for 80 percent of its revenue growth, among other things. He sold his own company Holidayinsider to HRS, it is now the online portal HRS Holiday. He expanded the feedback company eKomi, now the market leader in 11 countries, from 500 to 14,000 customers within two and a half years. Börge is a core shareholder of Innolytics AG.

Susanne Ceron

Executive Board Representative

Susanne Ceron is responsible for the development and intensification of customer relations for Innolytics AG. As a consultant, she reports directly to the Executive Board. A graduate in business administration (BA), she has been working in sales and marketing for over 25 years, including for AirBerlin and Berlin Tourismus & Kongress GmbH. From 2016-2022, she was responsible for corporate sustainability at the specialist travel provider VENTURA Travel and implemented sustainability strategies in accordance with ISO 26000.

Uwe Sierts

Key Account Manager

Uwe Sierts is specialized in explaining complex management systems to prospective customers. As a trained quality manager, he establishes a professional partnership in the early process of a customer relationship and guides customers through the orientation phase. He has many years of experience working for companies such as DELL, NetApp, TrendMicro, Datacore and F24.

Martin Brügge

Head of Customer Success Team

Martin and his team ensure that customers are successful by using Innolytics® in the long run. His professional experience spans various hierarchical levels and company sizes. He has experience from corporate groups to medium-sized companies, non-profit organizations to internationally oriented start-up structures. At a logistics service provider he was responsible for the implementation of Innolytics® as a project manager before he joined us. Based on this experience and through continuous, targeted training in the areas of project, risk and compliance management, Lean and Six Sigma, among others, he has acquired in-depth knowledge in the implementation and adaptation of site-specific as well as cross-site management systems.

Florian Schreiner

Account Manager & Inbound Consultant

Florian Schreiner takes care of the initial setup and further support of Innolytics® software – from questions about settings in the backend to design adjustments of the platform to training of responsible persons on the customer side. With the help of various online tools such as Google Analytics, Xovi, HubSpot and WordPress, he also supports the company’s online presence.

Johanna Schießleder

Executive Board Assistant

Passionate projects can only succeed on the basis of clean working structures. Since 2010, Johanna Schießleder has been responsible for all operational processes in the background, and is the first contact person for (almost) all questions and problems relating to accounting and financial issues. Prior to that, and for many years, she organised events for Germany’s largest cinema chain.

Oliver Pesch

Development, technical support

Oliver Pesch leads the development team in Leipzig and is the contact person for customers with complex technical questions. He monitors the performance and security of the Innolytics Cloud architecture. Within the scope of projects, he ensures that technical questions are clarified as quickly as possible and that any problems that may arise are quickly resolved. His passion is the development of complex functions such as the Mailing Center: the automation of user notifications.

David Pircher

Shareholder and Marketing Consultant

David advises and supports Innolytics AG in the area of marketing and strategic direction. In his former company he was personally responsible for the implementation of the Innolytics software. When he founded an investment company, the investment in Innolytics AG was one of the first steps. David is a visionary who uses analytical and communication skills to turn ideas into business success.

Dominik Pircher

Shareholder and financial strategist

Dominik Pircher supports Innolytics AG in its growth by providing sound financial analyses and updating the business plan. Through his investment company, he holds a stake in Innolytics AG as a core shareholder. Dominik has extensive expertise in accounting, budgeting processes, analysis of business results and statistical surveys. By supporting and advising various start-ups, Dominik has been significantly involved in their business and strategy development.

Henryk Mioskowski

Customer Success Coach

Henryk Mioskowski accompanies the introduction and operation of Innolytics® software through methodical coaching, workshops and seminars. Together with Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer, he wrote the book “Genial ist kein Zufall” and is a proven method specialist in idea and innovation management. Henryk Mioskowsky combines competence as a workshop leader and innovation consultant with enthusiasm and conceptual thinking.

Dr. Steffen Adler

Chairman of the board of directors

Dr. Steffen Adler is a strategy consultant, entrepreneur and author of books (Wunschkundenbusiness). He received his doctorate at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena on methods for optimizing products through the analysis of intelligent data and is a certified strategy coach for Bottleneck-Concentrated Strategy (EKS). He supports companies in winning customers for complex products and services. Through the development and marketing of a software for course management he has several years of experience with digital business models. Furthermore, he is managing director of a company for the procurement of subsidies for digitization projects.
Before his appointment as chairman of the supervisory board of Innolytics AG, Dr. Steffen Adler accompanied the development of the software and the digital business model for several years. One of the focal points of his work on the supervisory board is the critical questioning of the company strategy and the concentration on the bottleneck – i.e. the central problems and needs – of customers.
